We believe that good food should be accessible to everyone. That's why we use only the freshest, high quality ingredients, sourced directly or originated from Japan such as miso from Hokkaido and kombu/kelp from Hokkaido sea. We also source locally whenever possible. We also strive to reduce our environmental impact by using eco-friendly
